TN Last Will or Living Will Law questions?

In Tennessee can those free Written/ buying drugs online Sample Wills [Living or Last Will] found on the internet enforcable if we get 2 witness and signed by a Notary? Can we change the sample will ‘here’ and ‘there’ in the wills then?… that is before it is being notarized.
