Auto insurance litigation asset check?

I was involved in an accident at my fault and the claim against me was more than my liability limit (release amount they call it). The other insurance agent told me that they will take the claim to their litigation department for further processing. I’m thinking that this means litigation department will conduct a asset check on me. What is going on? Whats going Buy Xenical to happen? I can’t afford to pay the difference that they are requesting..
