No Warrants are issued by a Judge You can probably have the traffic warrant recalled but you will still have to go to court the Hot Check is more serious and I doubt they will recall that one. Call the courthouse and find out (from a cellphone).

I believe a Judge has to do it thru a recommendation from the DA.
You could try the police department, I know lots of cops who fix tickets here in Milwaukee, their not supposed to but hey their not supposed to have ticket qoutas but they do that to.
